Job Requirements
- Basic literacy – can read and write well
- Basic math and computer skills
- Some experience in retail
- Excellent customer relations
- Resides in Kano, preferably around Rijiyar Zaki
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and answer questions about products
- Serve customers at tills and handle returned goods and refunds
- Unpack deliveries, stock shelves and arrange displays
- Price up and rotate stock
- Take part in promotional activities in store
- Keep the store organised and tidy
- Carry out any related tasks assigned by store manager
